Our global house of brands unites the magic of Coach, Kate Spade New York and Stuart Weitzman. By intertwining different people and ideas, we push ourselves in our work, pull out the unexpected in what we create, and expand the bounds of possibility.
Our brands were created by dreamers who were determined to turn ideas into icons and, with passion, made it happen.
We’ve grown by finding people similarly dedicated to the dream all over the world. We hold ourselves to high standards in every material, process, and person that plays a part in our work, and we embrace difference by design because diverse perspectives are at the heart of creativity.

Why is diversity and inclusion important to your company?
Our company name, Tapestry, represents the intertwining of diverse people and ideas. We exist to stretch what is possible in our Brands, our industry and society.

What is the culture that you foster within your company?
We have 5 Employee Business Resource groups and three taskforces supporting our employees that identify as Black, Women, Members of the LGBTQIA+ community, Working parents & caregivers, Asian Heritage, Latinx, Jewish and Persons with Disabilities plus allies. Shaped by a rapidly changing workforce, workplace, and marketplace, these groups provide not only fellowship, community and development opportunities for community members, they also contribute to the success of the business by aiding in decision making, bringing us closer to our consumer and creating an inclusive environment that attracts and retains the very best talent.
In addition, our wellbeing program ‘Priority YOU’ offers access to a range of wellbeing resources, plus free access to Headspace. Our benefits packages are also very competitive.
For corporate teams we offer core hours and flex Fridays – where you can finish at lunchtime every Friday year round.
How do you support personal development?
At Tapestry, we strive to support both personal and professional development. We do this through a number of programs – We offer internal development programs for professional growth, people management skills, leadership development and self-development.
All employees also have access to LinkedIn learning and Blinkist. We ensure that development stays top of mind with regular goal setting and reviews.
