About the business
Deckers Brands is made up of several individual brands, each serving customers in a different way – our Fashion Lifestyle Brands (UGG) provide iconic craftsmanship and timeless style while our Performance Lifestyle Brands (HOKA & TEVA) empower wearers to get out and get active.
But all share the same focus on making peoples’ lives a bit more comfortable.
While you can trace our roots to Southern California, the global community is where you’ll find us now. And we believe our reach makes us even stronger. From our international retail stores to our global corporate offices, our dedication to supporting passion and pursuing innovation knows no borders.

An important part of our culture is making sure everyone can come as they are. Every individual and team work differently, so we want to ensure Deckers creates the space for employees to work where and how they work best.

Our ERGs create a sense of community and more positive work environment by actively contributing to Deckers’ equity, inclusion, and diversity goals, and ultimately helping foster a more inclusive work.
How do you support personal development?
Our Global Mentorship Program is designed to foster a greater sense of belonging by connecting employees across the globe to encourage, empower, and inspire each other throughout the many dimensions of our lives.
Trailblazers is a 7-month cohort of new leaders that focuses on the skills needed to become an excellent and impactful leader at Deckers and truly champion our values. All newly promoted or hired people leaders will automatically be enrolled in this program.
